We need volunteers on Friday night for set-up from 5pm-9pm, and on Saturday from anytime between 7am to 8pm doing any number of duties, including:

• PRE-FESTIVAL PREP HELPERS (Friday 5-9pm & Saturday 7-11am)
  Friday night and early Saturday morning we need help putting up signs around Glen Rock and the Parking areas, setting up the information booth, some weeding around the library, sweeping at the Ruins Park, and other miscellaneous last minute prep work
• FUN RUN REGISTRATION AND COURSE HELPERS (7-10am)
  Welcome runners, help day-of registrations, hand out numbers and goodie bags, man the water station under the Glen Rock Star, and cheer our runners on!
• VENDOR HELPERS (7am-11am)
  Help vendors unload or load their cars, organize booths, and assist with directions
• VENDOR PARKING LOT MANAGERS (8am-4pm)
  Direct vendors where to park efficiently
• FRIENDSHIP PARKING LOT MANAGERS (10:30am-5:15pm)
  Direct festival goers where to park and where to board the shuttle to the festival from the Friendship Elementary School remote lot
• INFORMATION BOOTH  (9am-5:30pm)
  Staff the information booth to hand out the schedule and maps, and direct people where to go
• GREETERS (10am-5:30pm)
  Greet attendees and answer questions at several spots throughout the festival
• TRAFFIC DIRECTORS (10am-4pm)
  Help direct vendors and entertainers where to go downtown for loading and unloading, and to help festival goers locate the parking areas and shuttles at the Glen Rock Park and Friendship Elementary remote lots
• TRASH COLLECTOR 10am-5:30pm)
  Collect trash throughout the day and after the festival and take it to the dumpster
• TEAR DOWN HELPERS (5-8pm)
  Post festival assistance is needed taking down the Information tent, gathering cones and trash cans, removing the parking signs, and to help with general clean up
