In 2018, Friends of Glen Rock Borough, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization under the Glen Rock Borough, will continue to showcase the highest quality local and regional businesses, artisans, and entertainers in a fun-filled, Borough-wide festival. Your sponsorships will fund all of the various expenses that go along with producing this inclusive and enjoyable event for the whole family. Any funds generated from the Glen Rock Arts & Brew Fest beyond the expenses of the festival will be used to encourage community connectivity, and promote economic and cultural growth in Glen Rock through the non-profit organization’s various endeavors

Wishful thinking, we know! An exclusive presenting sponsorship will earn top of line “PRESENTED BY:” in all relevant materials including the primary website, Facebook page cover image, any paid or complimentary print ads, on all posters, in social media mentions across multiple platforms, on t-shirts and other merchandise (if applicable), on brochures, on a banner above the Ruins Park entrance, in radio spots, and in all online listings. Yes, we know we’re dreaming here, but we can dream big!

LIVE MUSIC AT RUINS PARK: $500

Live music will be presented non-stop on two stages at Ruins Park to folks all day at the “brew fest” area. Sponsors for the live music will be listed on a banner (or banners) to be displayed near the Ruins Park main stage, they will have visibility on the website, they will be listed in the free festival program available to all festivalgoers online and distributed the day of the festival.

FESTIVALGOER TRANSPORTATION: $500

Providing the four 15-passenger shuttles that will move festivalgoers to and from the remote parking areas and in and out of the festival will earn signage on the interior and exterior of each shuttle, as well as a proper mention on the website, occasional social media mentions across multiple platforms, logo recognition on the website, and in brochures.

VENDOR SHUTTLE: $500

Providing the shuttle or vehicle(s) that will move vendors to and from their designated location will earn signage on the interior and exterior of the shuttle, as well as a proper mention on the website, occasional social media mentions across multiple platforms, logo recognition on the website, and in brochures.

FAMILY STAGE ENTERTAINMENT: $400

Family entertainment for the stage located in the craft and food vendor area, and for roaming the festival. This year we are seeking musicians, magicians, puppeteers, jugglers, and costumed characters. Sponsors for the family entertainment will be listed on a banner to be displayed in front of the family entertainment stage, they will have visibility on the website, they will be listed in the free festival program available to all festivalgoers online and distributed the day of the festival.

CHILDREN’S ACTIVITIES: $400

This year we hope to include more children’s activities to be held throughout the day in various areas including games, a bounce house, balloon twisting and face painting. Sponsors for the children’s activities will be listed along with the family entertainers on a banner to be displayed in front of the family entertainment stage, they will have visibility on the website, they will be listed in the free festival program available to all festivalgoers online and distributed the day of the festival.

VOLUNTEER SUPPORT: $250

Volunteers throughout the festival will need highly visible t-shirts, breakfast, water, snacks, lunch and incentives to spend the day with us! The more you give, the more reasons people will have to volunteer! In-kind opportunities for food and goody-bag style incentives are available. Volunteer sponsors in the $250 category (cash or value) will be listed on the website. Additionally, volunteer sponsors that give $500 + in cash will be featured on the volunteer t-shirt given to all volunteers to be worn the day of the festival and will be listed in the free festival program available to all festivalgoers online and distributed the day of the festival.

MARKETING, ADVERTISING, WAYFINDING & COLLATERAL MATERIALS: $500

Producing the website, brochures, signage, posters, retail merchandise, parking signs, banners, promotions, and all the way finding and collateral materials takes a lot of skilled design talent and materials. Marketing and advertising sponsors will be listed on a banner to be displayed in front of the festival information booth, they will have visibility on the website, they will be listed in the free festival program available to all festivalgoers online and distributed the day of the festival.

MEDIA: IN-KIND

We will need to let people know all the details before the festival, we’ll need to hype it up on the day of the festival and we would love some pats-on-the-back after the festival. We’re open to all discussions regarding print, radio, TV and online media support and we’ll do our best to make sure we give you the visibility you want in return for your contribution!

Perhaps none of these sponsorships appeal to you and you just want to donate to the cause! We will gladly take your donation and put it towards the overall funding and support of this festival in the areas that need it most when the time comes. We also have in-kind opportunities available for product placements; landscaping assistance; cross promotions; rentals for tables, chairs and sound equipment; insurance coverage; a golf cart; and more. Let us know what you’re willing to give and we’ll talk about how to make it worth your while! All sponsorships will receive, at minimum, recognition on the website.
